Open Question: Should I go to ER or DR?

OK, then, my PCP that I may have gallbladder disease. These are my current symptoms: abdominal pain, bloating or gas are: severe right side (right upper quadrant), or in similar abdominal pain, occurring after at the middle and upper classes in the past, dietary intake of breath deep back-up or worse than the right of radiation scapula, under the sternum after eating or drinking food or liquid fat, fat cold chest pain, shaking heat (101) nausea and vomiting, heartburn is worse is that I should do my doctor appointment or go to the emergency room? I think the dizziness and blurred vision and pain, and in fact, I wake up … it hurt …
